Welcome to TaskUnitFlow, a platform dedicated to enhancing your Team Efficiency and Task Management. This document outlines our policies for services, info products, and physical goods offered through taskunitflow.com.
1. Services
TaskUnitFlow provides professional services designed to improve team workflows, project coordination, and task prioritization. Each service package is tailored to your organization’s needs.
Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations made within this window qualify for a refund of the payment, minus any processing charges. If the request is received less than 48 hours in advance, services are non-refundable due to resource allocation. However, you may request to reschedule within six months of the original date at no extra fee, subject to availability.
2. Info Products
Info products include digital materials such as e-books, templates, and online courses focused on task management strategies. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the digital files.
Because digital delivery is instant, exchanges and refunds for info products are only available if the material is defective or inaccessible. In such cases, please contact us within seven days of purchase for a refund. Otherwise, all purchases of info products are final.
3. Physical Goods
Physical goods available at TaskUnitFlow include branded planners, notebooks, and work tools shipped to your address. Shipping times vary based on location.
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue. For approved requests, we will ship a replacement at no cost or process a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of approval.
4. Payment Terms
All fees for services, info products, and goods are listed in your local currency at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of order. TaskUnitFlow uses secure processing to protect your payment details.
5. Refund Policy
TaskUnitFlow is committed to customer satisfaction. The refund process depends on the type of purchase:
- Services: Eligible cancellations receive a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Rescheduling is available at no charge if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- Info Products: Defective or inaccessible products are eligible for a refund when reported within seven days. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days.
- Physical Goods: Damaged items are eligible for a refund or replacement when reported within 14 days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
